Ray has been involved with land surveying since 1985.  His career spans the surveying industry transition from
        steel tapes and transits to GPS and robotic technology.  Prior to relocating from the Jackson, WY. area to the
        Owens Valley in the Eastern Sierra in 2001 he was the Senior Party Chief for Pierson Land Surveys.  During
        this time he managed up to three survey crews on a wide range of projects ranging from high end subdivision
        development such as Crescent H Ranch in Wilson, WY. and the Seven Mile River Ranch in Pinedale, WY.
        to small residential boundary and site plans. His knowledge of construction staking helped forge the way for
        using more automated stakeout techniques in the difficult realm of the construction site.  Since 2001 Ray has
        been adding land surveying experience to his local knowledge of the entire Eastern Sierra including
        Bishop in the Owens Valley and Mammoth Lakes in southern Mono County.

        Guy Bien

        After graduating from UCLA in 1990, Guy moved to the Mammoth Lakes area and began his land surveying career
        where he has spent the last 14 years surveying in the Eastern Sierra as well as the Bay Area and Central Coast
        areas of California.  During these years, he has gained experience in all aspects of land surveying and received his
        professional license from the State of California in 2000.  With the rapid growth of the Mammoth Lakes area in
        recent years, he has been involved in the majority of the major construction projects undertaken by Intrawest and
        Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, including The Village at Mammoth, Juniper Springs Development area
        (The Crest, Sunstone, and Eagle Run),  and developments around the golf course in Mammoth Lakes, California.
        Using his land surveying skills he has helped numerous projects transform from raw land to successful developments.
